Your travel documents will arrive 10-14 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified. Please make time to check ALL of your
documents carefully for accuracy and if you have any queries please contact us immediately. It is a good idea to carry photocopies of all your documents (separate to your originals). Also, leave a copy of your itinerary with a friend or relative at home.
Travel insurance is a must, it's as important as
your plane tickets.
Please check that your passport and visas are in order.
Please reconfirm all your flights directly with the appropriate airline, 72 hours prior to departure, at each point of departure. (Note: non-reconfirming to Singapore Airlines)
When reconfirming your flights, please check that any frequent flyer numbers, special meals and seating requests are in order.
Please retain all boarding passes and tickets until accrual of frequent flyer points has been confirmed on your statement.

International baggage allowances (excluding infants under 2 years of age) are generally 20kgs per person (Economy fares) for checked baggage and 5kgs per person for cabin baggage. However, if you are travelling to the USA and/or Canada, the checked baggage allowance is 2 suitcases (no more than 32kgs each) with the maximum combined dimensions of each bag not to exceed 158cms.
Duty Free Allowance: Liquor with above 22 degrees concentration of alcohol: 1.5 litres; below 22 degrees: 2 litres; alcoholic beverages: 3 litres; cigarettes: 400 nos; cigars: 100 nos; raw tobacco: 500g; tea: 5kg; coffee: 3kg. Clothes and other items for personal use only. Other items (not falling under the list of prohibited goods) in accompanying baggage not exceed US$300 in value. Duty free allowances will vary from country to country.
